• Program materials inside platforms like Trainerize and GoHighLevel

We may update or improve services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

By using our site, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Not Medical Advice

LifeReboot Fitness provides fitness and nutrition coaching.

We are not medical providers.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Always consult your doctor before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

5. Your Responsibilities

To get results and use our services properly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in forms and check ins
• Follow your program instructions
• Speak with your doctor if you have health concerns
• Use the platforms we provide (Trainerize, Calendly, etc.)
• Make payments on time
• Keep your account login details private

You are responsible for your actions and decisions.

6. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe or another secure provider.

All payments must be completed before coaching begins.

We do not store your full payment information.

All sales are final unless stated otherwise in your program agreement.

If you use Buy Now Pay Later options like Affirm or Klarna, your agreement is with those companies.

7. No Guarantees of Results

We provide coaching, structure, and accountability, but your results depend on your effort, consistency, and personal factors.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, muscle gain, or health changes.

8. Activation Rebates

Some programs include an activation rebate.

All rebate terms are explained in your program agreement.

Rebates are paid only if all milestones are met and verified.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

All coaching programs are final and non refundable unless your separate contract states otherwise.

This includes one time programs, coaching packages, memberships, and add ons.

10. User Accounts

If you create an account on our site or inside our coaching apps, you must:

• Keep your login information private
• Notify us of unauthorized use
• Use your account for personal use only

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on liferebootfit.com and inside our coaching programs is owned by LifeReboot Fitness LLC.

This includes:

• Training plans
• Nutrition guides
• Videos
• PDFs
• Images
• Text
• Branding

You may not copy, distribute, or sell our materials.

12. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

• Misuse our website
• Try to access systems without permission
• Share program materials publicly
• Use coaching advice to build a competing service
• Harass or abuse our staff or clients

We may remove access for violations.

13. Third Party Tools

We use third party services including:

• Trainerize
• Stripe
• GoHighLevel
• Calendly
• Google Analytics
• Meta Pixel

These tools have their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

LifeReboot Fitness LLC is not responsible for:

• Injuries that occur from improper exercise form
• Health problems that arise from ignoring medical advice
• Lost profits or business interruptions
• Damages caused by misuse of our services

Your use of our programs is at your own risk.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes will be handled in Florida courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time.

The updated version will replace older versions.

Changes take effect when posted on our website.
